2. El Castillo Museum

El Castillo Museum is an architectural jewel inspired by the castles of the Loire Valley in France. This majestic building was the residence of industrialist Diego Echavarría Misas and his family. Today, the museum houses an impressive collection of European art and decorative objects, as well as a library and a chapel.

  • By Car: There are parking spaces available at the museum.

3. Antioquia Museum and Plaza Botero

The Antioquia Museum is one of the most important museums in Colombia, and its main attraction is the extensive collection of works by the famous artist Fernando Botero, who was born in Medellín. Botero is known for his unique style, characterized by voluptuous and exaggerated figures.

In Plaza Botero, located right in front of the museum, you will find 23 monumental sculptures donated by the artist. This open-air space allows visitors to interact with the artworks and enjoy the atmosphere of the city center.
