Shane Foster

Shane Foster, a dedicated real estate professional, was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the charming Bertie County, NC. His diverse experiences living around the globe due to military service enrich his approach to real estate. With over five years of expertise in marketing within the music entertainment industry, real estate & other small businesses, Shane leverages his marketing and sales skills to deliver exceptional results for his marketing clients. An esteemed graduate, Shane has earned multiple degrees and certifications, including a Graduate Certification in Digital Marketing Strategies from Harvard University Business School, a Master’s in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University, and a B.A. in Entertainment Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Los Angeles Film School. His in depth knowledge of marketing and business provides him with a unique advantage in negotiating, protecting clients, and securing the best real estate deals. Shane served as a Paratrooper in the Army, completing five deployments on various combat and humanitarian missions. He has received numerous accolades, including the Combat Action Badge, for his bravery and service. The skills he acquired in the 82nd Airborne Division and other units are invaluable assets in his real estate career, allowing him to effectively serve buyers and sellers. Driven by a passion for financial literacy, Shane entered the real estate sector to empower individuals to achieve ownership no matter their background. He remains committed to this mission every day. Outside of work in his free time, he engages in exercise, swimming, fishing, and music creation, while also dedicating efforts to his nonprofit, DFD Music Foundation Inc., and mentoring through the Big Brother Program and The Recording Academy Mentorship Program.
